It's time to call Pepperell home. Give us a call to set up your tour.

Come home to Pepperell, a small town just 35 miles northwest of Boston. Located in the rolling country at the junction of the Nissitissit and Nashua Rivers, it's adjacent to the New Hampshire border. While the town was once a thriving mill and farming community, it's bypassed by major transportation routes, yet still maintains 2 paper mills and a braiding factory.

More than 10,000 people live in Pepperell, which does not even have a traffic light. You won't have access to large chain stores, commercial banks, or fast food restaurants, but you'll love the many benefits of living in a rural, close-knit community.

Year-round activities

Pepperell is home to the cleanest, best trout fishing in the state, and every year over 300 teams come out to compete in the annual soccer tournament.

Don't forget to stop for a sweet treat - the homemade ice cream is not to be missed.
